BMW E30 - 97000 miles
in 1988 a lot was happening in the world - the Euros were being held in a still divided Germany, the Jamaicans decided to try their hand at the bobsleigh and Die hard was the latest action flick. That same year this humble E30 rolled out of the showroom doors for the very first time. In its day the E30 was something of a revolution for BMW and quickly became the benchmark to which all other competitors were measured. With its timeless design and brilliant reputation the E30 is arguably the best 3 series of all time.
Fast forward to 2008 and the current owner had just purchased this vehicle and has kept it in immaculate condition ever since. With just 97,000 miles and a full service history this stunning example has to be seen to be appreciated. The bodywork, having just received a full machine polish, is in terrific condition for its age with only minimal signs of aging and small imperfections. The interior is also in terrific condition with virtually no signs of harsh wear and tear and everything working as it should be.
Powered by a six cylinder, 1991cc, M20B20 engine and using a smooth automatic transmission this car makes for an excellent cruiser around town and turns a few heads along the way! It's never going to rip your face off but that's a good thing as this is a car that you want to be seen in. It's suspension set up allows for a comfortable ride free of any hard bumps or bangs and the adjustable seating position means you can be comfortable no matter how tall or short you are.
Underneath the vehicle there's no serious rust and all components have been either replaced or repaired where necessary - the current owner sparing no expense in keeping this car in fine shape.
There are a few useful extras fitted to the car, namely the sunroof option and beefier BBS factory wheels.
This is a very rare opportunity to own a brilliant E30 320i and isn't something to pass up on if you're a BMW fan.
